Q. What's included in the registration?
A. Each Summit or Course is different, so please read what is on the individual Summit or Course registration page for the exact details.
Hotel reservations are not included in the registration. Bridge2Food partners each time with good quality hotels, which will be on the website page Venue & Hotel on each Summit or Course website. It is recommended to stay in these partner hotels, to maximise the networking opportunities, and to save on hotel cost.
A Summit registration may include:
- Summit participation
- Welcome reception
- Dinner (optional)
- Refreshments during breaks and lunches at the plaza where partners present their innovation
- Programme book
- Digital presentations
- Contact details of speakers
- Great inspiration, learning, and connecting opportunities
- Opportunities to validate your strategies and develop new projects
- Meeting key decision makers, and the opportunity to grow your network
A Course registration may include:
- Course participation
- Welcome reception

Q. During the register/payment process, something went wrong. What should I do now?
A. Should this happen, then please wait a few minutes and check your mailbox. When you receive an invoice, then payment has often (not always) been processed as well, and your registration is in our systems. When you do not receive an e-mail, but your credit card or bank account was charged, then it is possible that the transaction has not yet been received by our bank. Then please wait a few hours and check your mailbox again. When after this time, your registration still hasn't been processed, you have not yet received an invoice, then please contact us using the form below. Please specify as much information as possible, so that we may help you quickly.
Q. My credit card is not accepted by the website. Why?
A. That is frustrating! We are sorry to learn about this. The following reasons for non-acceptance may apply:
1. The payment amount for this transaction is higher than the payment limit of your credit card. This may vary by card, bank, company, or person. Often the maximum amount per transaction has been set at EUR/USD 1,500. Please check with your bank is this is the case.
2. The address which you have used may not be the same as the address of the (company) card. Please check with your bank is this is the case.

Q. I did not receive an e-proof of payment /invoice or confirmation. Why?
A. When making a registration each person should get: 1) A confirmation of the registration with details about the summit or course regarding registration, programme, venue & hotel, travel etc., titled: Registration Confirmed - . 2) An invoice titled: Bridge2Food - : Confirmation credit card payment. Please check your spam folder, as these emails might have landed here. When not, then please contact us using the form below. Please specify as much information as possible, so that we may help you quickly.

Q. Exhibition: How can I book a table-top exhibit? What is the price?
A. You can book a table-top exhibit when you register online for the Summit or Course. The cost for a table-top exhibit is €/$/C$ 995 ex VAT and credit card cost. You can only book a table-top exhibit when you register for the Summit or Course. The table-top exhibit is an add-on, and you can only book this when you join the Summit or Course.
