Why has he joined the EcoSystem and how has it helped IFF to move forward in the alternative protein space?

Why are you part of the advisory board?

As a member of the advisory board, I am in a unique position to use my experience and expertise to positively influence direction, to provide focus and to help translate the many ideas to reality.

What has the EcoSystem done for you?

The Ecosystem has been an excellent platform to connect like-minded people, build relationships and develop meaningful strategies to accelerate the alternative protein segment.

Why is your organization a partner?

At IFF, our purpose is to apply science and creativity for a better world and our vision is to be the partner for essential solutions. The Ecosystem is one of the environments where we get a chance to “walk the talk.”

What do you think the Plant-Based Foods & Proteins EcoSystem can do for others in the field?

The EcoSystem offers several benefits including:

1. Educational — you get to learn about things in the field you may not have known before (i.e research, new sources, providers),  and

2. Networking — match-making opportunities between suppliers, equipment manufacturers and consumer good producers.
