According to the FAO, one in three fish caught never makes it to a plate. This triggered the plant-based seafood brand ‘Good Catch’ to come up with plant-based alternatives made from a six-legume blend and algae oil. With new celebrity investments they will expand their product line with some new food products like plant-based crab cakes, Thai fish cakes and fish burgers.
