If you are planning to attend the 12th Plant Protein Ingredients Summit on May 29-31 in Saskatoon, Canada, you will be able to enjoy a great way to learn more about the unique pulse/plant (protein) eco-system in Saskatoon through our Innovation Tours, a fantastic opportunity to establish new connections with the heart of the global pulse crop, processing and plant-based foods research world.

We offer 2 tours, which start at 10.30 hours from the TCU Summit Venue. Each tour will take around 1 ½ hours. You can join a tour at a later moment in time, should you arrive in Saskatoon after 10.30 hours, and you can therefore not join a tour at the start.

The Saskatchewan Food Centre assists food and ingredient companies develop new products and processes. We are working to develop new ingredients for the plant-based foods industry and to develop new food products in all food industries.
