The 14th Plant-Based Proteins & Foods Course 2019 took place from 10-12 September in Bunnik, NL and gathered more than 100 delegates from different parts of the world who were trained by industry experts on protein properties, functionalities, and applications. During the course “Food Proteins: Properties, Functionalities & Applications”, delegates enjoyed great presentations and took part in proteins workshops.
