Seminar: Plant Based Food – Extrusion & Analytik | Brabender

To meet the demands of the fast-growing plant-based market, characterization of raw materials and efficient product development are essential for being successful. Brabender GmbH & Co. KG, Netzsch Gerätebau GmbH and Sunbloom Proteins GmbH are going to offer a seminar on “Plant based Food – Extrusion & Analytik als Erfolgsfaktoren für Ihre Produktentwicklung“. The first part of the seminar comprises presentations on the analysis of plant-based raw materials, lab scale extrusion and meat analogue development. A guest lecture by Wageningen University & Research provides insights into the high moisture extrusion process. In the second part of the seminar participants are going to work in the lab, getting to know different analytical methods and running extrusion trials.
